Exploring the Subconscious Mind - WSLT#1

I am re-reading "The Power of Your subconscious mind" (Have completed quarter of the book). When I read through the initial chapters and deep dive into the powers of subconscious mind and what exactly is subconscious mind, it is stunning to know, without the knowledge of it, how various people used the power of nature to their own good. A strong will or belief can change your world , if this is true, then how? This was the first question, I had when I encountered the concept of subconscious mind. For so many people, the terms and concept may be new but for me, as an Indian, I had encountered similar concepts and philosophies.  So when I read about the subconscious mind in silva method or Think and grow rich or even in the power of your subconscious mind, I could connect with those ideas and form a mindset around them. What is WSLT - What Srini Learnt Today?

I’ve always wanted to share what I learn in personal development, whether from books, blogs, or everyday encounters. Now feels like the right time to begin a series I’ve long envisioned.

What Can You Expect?

Learning isn’t just about updating your brain like a computer. You understand what you learn and resonate with that thought with what you already have in your mind.

Every time you learn something, one of three things happens:

  • You discover something entirely new

  • You reinforce a belief you already hold

  • You challenge a belief you thought was true

And in each case, you change - sometimes subtly, sometimes profoundly.

This series, which I’m calling WSLT (What Srini Learned Today), isn’t just a log of what I read or watched. It’s a reflection of what changed inside me. It’s about the thoughts that deepen, the beliefs that evolve, and the clarity that emerges.

I hope to offer a new perspective on the things I learn to my fellow readers and I’ll do my best to make each post worth your time.

I can assure you that it will be a daily dose of personal development I learnt from various sources from my own perspective. Share your thoughts on how it resonates with you and let's grow together.
